Fancy by Nature is one of the most innovative and healthy foods of today. Fancy by Nature are the first fermented fruits that are refined using a special type of fermentation. This form of processing is unique in the world, making the fruits something very special due to their extraordinary appearance and aroma, but above all their taste. Our customers and many gourmet chefs appreciate this. We have therefore already achieved our first sales in Austria and Germany and in order to meet the increasing demand from retailers, wholesalers, catering companies and company canteens such as Google Germany, we want to set up production in Austria. Further locations are to be built in Europe based on its model.

The goal is to be available worldwide in ten years and to achieve annual sales of 100 million euros.
