H2O Securities is an innovative Data Driven FINTECH platform that combines Traditional Finance with Blockchain, Tokenomics, IoT and sophisticated Risk Management models to help address the US$200B global funding gap for water infrastructure finance.

We are closing our pre-Series A round by raising a final US$ 600k through the issuance of 12% Interest Bearing Convertible Notes, of US$ 50,000 each. This funding round is part of our fully priced Series A investment round, with the aim of allocating between 25% and 30% of equity to institutional investors in 2024. With our current deal-flow pipeline we expect to see turnover in excess of US$ 700m within 4 - 5 Years.

Investors participating in this pre-Series A round will enjoy the following benefits:

12% interest if not converting.
On conversion, participation in Series A at a 25% discount on a capped, principal & interest basis.
Further rights to participate in Series A at a discount of 10%.
An expected Dividend Yield of approximately 5% per year on the value of shares held.

H2O Securities specializes in leasing Water Infrastructure assets on 5-15 year arrangements, generating sustainable long-term annuity income streams from Private & Public Sector clients. Revenue and profit are generated by selling these leases to Credit Line Providers.

Our Fintech Platform connects Credit Line Providers, underwriters, equipment manufacturers, distributors of water treatment equipment, and water plant owner/operators, creating an innovative ecosystem that overcomes the limitations of traditional finance methodologies. This addresses the current funding gap of $200bn, representing H2O Securities' target addressable market. We are on track to achieve a turnover of US$86m during FY 2023/24, from three transactions that are at an advance stage of evaluation.

THE 2023/24 ROAD TO SUCCESS

1. Set up $100m Credit Line - we are at contract stage
2. Set up lease agreement for $47m (current in advance discussions with 3 projects total $76m)
3. Risk modelling undertaken (the project assets are loaded onto the H2O Securities platform and risk modelling is in progress)
4. Setup master underwriting agreement with Lloyds of London and Munich Re - this is in progress with all three deals above

As soon as these 4 milestones are achieved the lease will be taken on by the credit line provider and H2O Securities will be instantly profitable setting up a solid foundation for the series A fundraise. 80% of the $600k raised will be used to cover these setup costs.
